Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship?

We ship live plants throughout the Continental United States.

Orders shipped to Alaska must be sent via USPS Priority Mail rather than ground shipping. Ground shipments would route through Canada and require additional permits. We are able to ship most plants to Alaska at no additional cost, though some larger plants may incur a small extra shipping fee. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping. You may choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund—we never charge restocking fees.

At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii.


When will my order ship?

We ship year-round on Mondays and Fridays.

Orders must be placed by:

  • Sunday at 9:00 AM for Monday shipping

  • Thursday at 9:00 AM for Friday shipping

Occasionally, extreme heat or cold may require us to delay shipping to protect your plants. If this happens, we will notify you by email. If you prefer not to wait, you may request a full refund.



What if my order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit?

We guarantee that all plants arrive alive and healthy. If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or damaged by the carrier, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Minor cosmetic damage—such as a few lost leaves or small broken branches—is normal during transit and does not affect plant health.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. You may cancel or make changes to your order any time before it is picked up by the carrier.

  • No restocking fees ever

Last-minute substitutions may delay shipping by up to 24 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible. While we do our best, we may not see messages sent right before shipment.


How do I care for my plants when they arrive?

We provide online growing guides, accessible from the header at the top of every page. A printed copy is also included with every order to help your plants get off to a great start.


Do you accept returns?

Because we ship live plants, we do not accept physical returns. However, if your plants arrive severely damaged or dead, you may choose a full refund instead of a replacement.
