Pollination and Ripening
Pollination and Ripening
The Desert King is self-pollinating and does not require another fig tree to produce fruit. It typically produces two crops per year. a large early crop known as the breba crop, and a smaller secondary crop later in the season, although in cooler climates, only the first crop may reliably ripen fully.
